                  • To support families with children to connect with other families and local services
How we Work

We work in partnership with families to identify and achieve specific goals that are unique to each family. Services are provided in the families own home or in a community setting.
We also work in partnership with other organisations to provide information and parenting program support to parents within a community setting and have the option to continue working on a one to one basis with families as needed.

Who can access the Family Worker Program?
• Families requiring support and who would like to be connected to their local community
• Families from culturally diverse backgrounds
• Families with a parent and/or child living with a disability
• Families with Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
• Families with grandparents as the guardian or shared care roles
• First time parents
• Young parents under 25 years old
