Why Family InSight?

At times coping with a young family can get on top of the best of us. For example, if:

you have a number of young children,
you have little or no support
you are new to the area and have no family or friends nearby or
either you or one of your children is disabled, and
you are feeling exhausted and unable to cope

then even the 'best' parents need help.

This is where Family InSight might be able to help you. Provided you:

have at least one child under five years of age, and
live in the Upper Hunter, Cessnock, Maitland, West Lake Macquarie or Port Stephens Shire

Family Play Times are a great way for you and your children to have a lot of fun in a friendly non-threatening environment and gives you a chance to talk to our staff informally.
